TaskDock pricing is based on the exact same model as Confluence, but at a large discount to Confluence. We offer Academic licenses at a 50% discount to Commercial licenses. We offer free TaskDock licenses to Atlassian Community, Open Source, and Starter Pack Licensees. Lastly, our support and upgrade policy is also the same save for the 100% upgrade credit on the Team Edition license.
Can I get started with only a few users in a large install?
Yes you can! Our team edition allows people to get started easily within large installs. You simply name ten users within the TaskDock admin console and only those users will have the ability to assign or complete tasks. TaskDock, by default, does not appear on pages without users explicitly clicking to see it. Therefore, TaskDock will not get in the way of users not leveraging it.
Why is the Team Edition upgrade credit 100%?
The team edition is a quick and low risk way to start using TaskDock in a large install. Since the likelihood of of upgrading is high we wanted to make it easy to upgrade.
Do I need to pay for support and product updates?
New TaskDock licenses include a year of product updates and support. You can easily continue to use TaskDock without renewing these services, but you will miss out on our rapid feature development and customer first support. Renewals begin from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased, so if you intend to renew, we recommend renewing before your expiration.
How do I get a quote or include a Purchase Order when purchasing?
Simply click the purchase button above, select the desired license type, and then choose the 'Send A Quote' under the payment option for a quote. To add a PO number simply enter the PO number under the payment section when choosing 'Invoice me' or "Pay now'. In all cases you will be emailed the requested document.
Why do you need my Server ID? How do I find it?
TaskDock licensing validates against your unique Server ID. The Server ID is issued by Atlassian and can easily be found under license details in the Confluence administration console as explained here.
